The Seller

My Pocket Sensei ("My Pocket Sensei", "we", "us") provides the website, educational lessons, activities, worksheets, rewards, and other learning resources available at mypocketsensei.com. By using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to enter into a binding contract with My Pocket Sensei.

Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or otherwise have legal capacity to enter into this agreement) and that you accept these Terms.

Accounts

Parents are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, for keeping account information accurate, and for supervising their children's use of the platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• infringe any intellectual-property or other rights of My Pocket Sensei or third parties;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service (including by uploading malware, probing, or scraping); or
• resell, redistribute, or share access without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

All lessons, worksheets, activities, illustrations, rewards, stories, software, and other educational resources are owned by My Pocket Sensei and Brainy Sprout, or licensed to us. Content is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

Memberships, Billing & Payments

My Pocket Sensei offers a Free plan and a paid Premium membership. Premium memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown on the Pricing page until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. See our own Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund.

Digital Rewards

Children may earn stars by completing lessons and activities and redeem them for available digital rewards through the Rewards Shop. Reward availability may change over time.

Service Level & Disclaimers

We work hard to provide accurate and enjoyable content, but the service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaim all implied warranties.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service or cancel your membership at any time.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
