My Pocket Sensei uses Paddle.com as its reseller and Merchant of Record. All payments and refunds for Premium memberships are processed by Paddle and governed by Paddle's Refund Policy, available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us and we will help.
Cancellations
You can cancel your Premium membership at any time from your Account page. When you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
